How to Setup Printer
A complete guide to connecting and configuring your new printer hardware.
Connect Your Printer
Connect the printer to your computer using a USB cable or connect it to the same Wi-Fi network. Ensure the printer is powered on and initializes completely before proceeding.
Open Settings
Open Windows Settings by clicking the Start button and selecting the Settings (gear) icon, or simply press Windows + I on your keyboard.
Add a Printer
In the Settings window, navigate to Bluetooth & devices from the left sidebar and then click on Printers & scanners on the right.
Add a Printer or Scanner
Click the "Add device" button to start searching for available printers. Make sure your printer is turned on and connected to the same network.
Select Your Printer
Windows will search for available devices. Select your printer model from the list and click Next to start the driver installation.
Install the Printer Driver
Windows will automatically download and install the correct driver. Wait for the confirmation message that your printer is ready to use.
